Terms of Service

1. Services

EBB Digital Hub provides website design and development, email marketing, web optimisation, and related digital services. The scope of each project is agreed upon in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before work commences on any project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files or access are delivered.
• Monthly service fees (e.g. maintenance) are billed at the start of each month.
• Payments are accepted via Paystack (card, mobile money) or bank transfer.
• All prices are quoted in GHS. USD pricing is indicative and subject to exchange rate at time of invoice.
• Invoices not paid within 7 days may result in work being paused.

3. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately. A scope change is defined as any request that significantly differs from the original project brief.

4. Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by late provision of content, feedback, or materials by the client may extend the timeline. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and access in a timely manner.
• Ensure all content and materials supplied are legally owned or licensed.
• Provide clear and timely feedback during the project.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. EBB Digital Hub retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any reusable code, frameworks, or tools developed independently of the project.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• If a client cancels a project after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If EBB Digital Hub cancels a project for reasons within our control, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
• Refunds for completed or substantially completed work are not provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

EBB Digital Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
